Last weekend we went to the Ft. Worth Zoo with our friends
Dustin & Lindsey. We got to see everything just before the monsoon hit.

Ever wonder what Drew's wing span is??

It is the length of a Turkey Vulture. I don't know what that looks like but it sounds scary!

I knew flamingos stood on one leg, but did you know that they sleep with their knees bent??

So cute and cool!! This swan was nesting!

My favorite... the Kangaroos!!



Gotta love the Elephants!! These big guys were chewing on branches.... well, more like LOGS of wood.

bad news...turkey vultures are the ones that eat dead stuff on the side of the road...ish!!
